Tiana Molony is an essayist and feature writer from Santa Barbara. She has a master’s degree in American Journalism from New York University. 

She is the Special Sections Editor at the Santa Barbara Independent. She has also written for the Los Angeles Times, The Riv, Backpacker Magazine, Palm Springs Life, Business Insider, the Montecito Journal, and Mountain Gazette.
